The DWSHL has announced plans to pursue buyouts of its DWSJL member clubs. The purchase plan is expected to offer financial relief to those DWSHL franchises wishing to recoup some of their investment and will be aimed at streamlining the operation of the DWSJL. JL shareholders will have the option to retain shares if the desire. Buyout offers could be in the mail as soon as today as the DWSJL4 season is rapidly approaching.
